Mini Confetti meatloaf

I tried out a new recipe from Sparkpeople the other night and it was a hit! Of course DH was a bit skeptical because it called for vegetables, and cooking them like cupcakes! The kids loved them so much that they brought them to school for lunch. They are super easy to make! You take a simple meatloaf recipe and replace the bread crumbs with oats. Then you chop up your favorite vegetables- I used carrots, zuccini, onion, and orange pepper. most important I used ground turkey instead of beef. Once it is all mixed fill up cupcake papers- in a cupcake tin of course-  with 1/4 cup of the mixture. Then bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Yumm!

Treasure hunt

I love to go treasure hunting for props. Boy did I find some cute ones over the past few days. Here is a quick peek. To show you how much I love to be crafty, this piece was plain white, with no trimming. I cleaned it up and added some sparkle! This will be available to use in my pet Boutique Christmas shoot on December 3rd!

The backdrop is only one of several I have to choose from for the shoot.

So I have found my must have camera bag. Yes I am very girly! This is so perfect though. You can go anywhere and hide the fact that you are carrying a camera with you! Super stylish and offering tons of pockets?! You can't beat that! So everyone start dropping hints to DH for me!

Senior session with Miss Bryanna

I had a wonderful time out at the park with miss Bryanna. She was just too easy! This young woman just has a natural smile. This is one of my favorite places for pictures. There are so many backdrops to use. And of course you just can't beat the colors this time of year!

Winner of the class photo contest

So last night we had to submit a landscape in class and everyone rated each photo. My photo rated the highest! Funny thing is Landscapes are my least favorite to photograph. So here is the winning photo! This was taken at Pipestem State Park in WV in early October.
